Abstract：

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis belongs to the category of lung flaccidily in traditional Chinese medicine,and in terms of its etiology and pathogenesis,phlegm,heat,stasis are both etiological products and pathogenic factors,which are related to the stagnation and obstruction of lung Xuanfu,and the opening and closing of Xuanfu runs through the occurrence and development of the disease,so the opening of Xuanfu should be the key point of treatment. Clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment should start from the five dimensions of clearing heat and opening Xuanfu,eliminating phlegm and opening Xuanfu,regulating qi and opening Xuanfu,opening Xuanfu and receiving qi,opening Xuanfu and strengthening healthy qi,so as to expand the thinking,and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
