摘要(Abstract)：

预转移微环境是肿瘤细胞转移复发的“土壤”，其形成根本在于脏腑虚损及有形物质的堆积。“胆气春升”理论将胆气之性与少阳枢机有机结合，甲胆主生发之性，秉少阳之气，既可升发清阳，提炼精微物质，又可藉少阳枢机，条达气机，布散相火元气于周身，维持机体内环境稳态，在干预肿瘤预转移微环境形成中有独特优势。故在治疗上以调整少阳枢机为原则，和枢机、利胆气、行气机、畅三焦，取小柴胡汤为主方加减。
The pre-metastatic microenvironment is the “soil” for the metastasis and recurrence of tumor cells,and its formation lies in the deficiency of the internal organs and the accumulation of tangible substances.The theory of “gallbladder qi rising in spring” combines the nature of gallbladder qi with Shaoyang pivot. Jia gallbladder governs growth and development,consisting of Shaoyang qi. It can not only lift the clear yang and refine the fine substances,but also through employing Shaoyang pivot regulate qi movement and distribute ministerial fire and original qi to the whole body and to maintain the stability of the internal environment of the body,with a unique advantage in intervening the formation of pre-metastasis microenvironment of tumor. Therefore,in the treatment,the principle of regulating Shaoyang pivot should be followed to harmonize pivot,smoothen gallbladder qi,activate qi movement,unblock triple energizers. Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤) is often applied with modification.
